Finish step works incorrectly with VSPX processing.

Basically it will not copy all keywords. This is especially a problem with new maps, changed keywords and imported F10 commands.

It works fine with default recognition, and I just switched between the two options to test.
Will try to add the missing ATCs manually to see if I can get the new airports to work.

EDIT: Yeah, that did work. Just added these.

Andersen; Andersen  Air Force Base; Rota International; Saipan International; Tinian International;Mount Pleasant; Port Stanley; Punta Arenas; Rio Gallegos; Rio Grande; San Carlos SOB; San Carlos; San Julian; Ushuaia; Ushuaia Helo Port;

And for some reason I found that Boulder was missing too,
