Cannot engage starter flywheel

Hi,

For some reason, when pulling the starter T-handle to spin up the starter flywheel, nothing happens.  Battery and shunt switches are ON. The T-handle does pull out, but there is no spin up of the flywheel and no sound.

It only seems to work okay in auto-start.

I have uninstalled and re-installed the I-16, but no help.

Any ideas?

You need to connect ground power supply through radio-menu by intercom since the starter circuit is powered by it.This requirement appeared in the latest updates.
