Doughguy Posted August 4, 2022 Posted August 4, 2022 (edited) after the latest update, my ed tracker stopped working properly for the fw190d9 dora. it works like a charm for the mustang, tf51 and su25, w/o ever(!) having me to do anything inside dcs. in the dora, i cant shift left/right as well as pitch/yaw/roll do not behave in the same way as in other planes but rather very limited im motion of range. i cant really grasp what happened as it works just fine with the other planes. tried deleting the old input config from directory, and even replacing it with the p51´s. funnily enough, i even can disable the inputs of the edtracker in the controls menu and it still works, if i use the p51. no so with the dora. atm i´m running a dcs fix, but might end up reeinstalling the dora, even maybe dcs, which i wouldnt really like to do. works fine with opentrack and in the edtracker ui aswell anyone halp please. Doughguy Posted August 4, 2022 Author Posted August 4, 2022 Seems to have fixed it one ive deleted the files from this directory "DCS World\Config\Input\Aircrafts\Default\headtracker" https://sr-f.de/
Tanuki44 Posted August 5, 2022 Posted August 5, 2022 (edited) Do you use EDTracker directly or do you use a software such as opentrack to adjust the curves? Edited August 5, 2022 by Tanuki44 1
Doughguy Posted August 5, 2022 Author Posted August 5, 2022 (edited) I use opentrack. Ive not changed anything in there tho. Edited August 5, 2022 by Doughguy https://sr-f.de/
Tanuki44 Posted August 5, 2022 Posted August 5, 2022 I saved the profile of the TrackIR column, disabled the ED Tracker column menu and for each aircraft I reload the saved profile.
Doughguy Posted August 5, 2022 Author Posted August 5, 2022 Funny enough in do not have to adjust anything in dcs for the edtracker. Ever. But ill look into the track ir collumn.... But i guess deleting those confing reverted the corruption of said files... https://sr-f.de/
Tanuki44 Posted August 6, 2022 Posted August 6, 2022 The deactivation avoids problems with the allocation of these axes when using a new module I had found this video to improve the settings that look quite realistic when the pilot is strapped into his seat.
