Kneeboard Puzzle???

Hi folks,

I’m running latest DCS Standalone, stable version 2.7.16.xxxx

DCS is installed on my D:\ drive with my Saved Games folder on my C:\ drive.

I’m new to DCS, currently playing two purchased modules FA-18C on Syria map.

I’ve downloaded some F18 checklists/Data sheets, though this site, as Kneeboards. I’ve place these Kneeboard .png files in, what I believe to be the correct folder…

C:\Users\<My User Name>\Saved Games\DCS\Kneeboard\FA-18C_hornet

… but they do not show? When I do <Shift> K in my mission I just get an apparently default, empty page (yellow, ruled piece of paper) entitled ‘CV Operations Data’

Can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong? What have I missed? How do I get the custom kneeboard pages to display for my F18?

You've got the correct path to the KBs.

You do have to ensure that the filename extension is lower case .png, but it looks like you've got that right too.

I'm not sure if you're aware, but you can have multiple kneeboard pages, and move between them.  Have you opened just the first and then not paged to the next?

Thank you sir, I had yet to discover the square brackets for paging through kneeboard. I guess I was thrown by the appearance of the ‘default page’ before my custom kneeboard pages.

You are correct, if I page through my kneeboard the pages are indeed there and I can now see them.

Sorry for being so ‘dense’ and thanks again for the heads up.
