Comms Tower lights?

I can't get the red light on comms towers to illuminate in mission editor. Can anyone please advise?

They should come on by themselves at least when the game thinks the sun is below the horizon (which can be checked in the mission editor weather settings, under "Sun And Moon".

However, I think there's a graphical error whereby lights will be hidden if there's a cloud behind them.
