Only 9 Multiplayer Servers Showing - Please Help

My list of multiplayer servers is only 9 in total.  I've no filters on and have checked my firewall.  Not changed anything - just returned from holiday and find this.

It will be a local issue I'm sure.  Anyone had the same and what was the fix please?
