Captain Orso Posted August 25, 2022 Posted August 25, 2022 With RCtrl+Pause you get the DCS FPS displayed in the upper left of... your face... you know, up... there. Does anyone know which font is being used for this display, where it is in the installation, and maybe if there is another that can be used to replace this one, as a mod, so have the FPS displayed larger? Many t(h)anks in advance. When you hit the wrong button on take-off System Specs. PLUTON Posted August 26, 2022 Posted August 26, 2022 Hello, there are several mods to display the number of fps on screen or in VR, personally I use the one from nvidia experience (of course if you have an Nvidia GPU) you would find it in the nvidia settings. Good flight
James DeSouza Posted September 2, 2022 Posted September 2, 2022 You might want to look up a program called FPSVR that is on steam (if you're using steam of course). It's paid software (though really cheap, £3 where I am) but it has a huge variety of options for placement, font and what you want displayed.
Captain Orso Posted September 2, 2022 Author Posted September 2, 2022 Thanks for the replies, guys. I don't use Steam, and I'm not looking for yet another app. DCS already displays the FPS on request. The only issue is the size of the font. It used to use a specific font, which I modded to use a much larger font. But DCS has switched which font they are using, and I don't know which one to mod.
