Hi,

I got a choice between two PC's as a dedicated (only for)  DCS PC (non-VR), can't see which is best.. And i CAN'T mix them, it's either one or the other..

Thanks in advance..

First:

CPU: I9-9900K   -   GPU: RTX 3060 Ti 8gb   -   32gb RAM   -   2TB SSD

Second:

CPU: I5-12400f   -   GPU: RTX 3060 TUF 12gb   -   32gb RAM   - 2TB SSD

Versus is a good site for these sort of comparisons. I punched in the components you listed

Intel Core i5-12400F vs Intel Core i9-9900K:  https://versus.com/en/intel-core-i5-12400f-vs-intel-core-i9-9900k

And GPU comparison:

https://gpucomparison.org/compare/asus-tuf-gaming-geforce-rtx-3060-ti-oc/asus-tuf-gaming-geforce-rtx-3060-oc-edition/

The RAM isn't specified in your list. For the RAM you mostly want a high clock speed and to a lesser extent low latency. For example 3600MHZ (clock speed) and CL16 (or CL18) latency . Latency is typically reported in spec sheet like "Tested Latency 16-19-19-39".
