Hello Everyone-

I an trying to configure the ANT ENV for the Winwing F-16EX throttle.  When I go into “Adjust Controls” and try to map the throttle, it doesnt even recognize the turn knob.  Anyone out there with this same throttle can assist me with getting this setup and configured?

Thanks all,

Hi…

I have the WW F/A-18 throttle, so I can only guess for your problem, but I try:

1. in SimAppPro make sure the ANT ELEV knob is configured as an axis.

2. In the DCS controls config menu: choose „Axis Commands“ and then select ANT ELEV. (I am saying this, because you could also assign ANT ELEV up and down to buttons and then it wouldn‘t recognize if you move an axis instead).

3. When you assign the axis, move it all the way to the extremes. I‘ve observed, that it is only then being recognized and assigned.

Hope this helps.

I have the same stick, and configured the same slider (below the flap switch). It works great for me in the F16, so check your configuration in 'SimApp Pro' and or game configuration settings.

Because the hornet radar elev wheel is spring loaded to centre, I doubt you're ever going to get it to work properly as an axis.  You can assign up and down on it to be a button press likely, but unless you intend to hold it at whatever position as an axis it's always going to centre as soon as you release it.  Using one of the sliders is a better option.
