Yep, exactly how I do it

Get the 420 and 4x 200mm fans, a D5-PWM and a Heatkiller 200ml Res.. 

*look for that nice star-shaped fan-hub they have for the 420-200fan combo, NICE little detail that saves headaches when you know the circumstances.
