I want to shoot movies in DCS World, can you tell me the best reshade settings

When it comes to artistic aspects, there is no „best“. It depends on the look you want to achieve. E.g. gritty rough war movies tend to desaturate colors and oversharpen a little bit. Or you may want to go for a more „cartoonish“ look.

When you install reshade, there are loads of filters already coming with it. Just install them and apply one by another and see what look suits you. Some probably are even named „cinematic“ or similar.
