Hello,

Nowadays we see that in MP servers the list of join-able slots are getting huge and it will be even bigger with planned ED modules.

It would be nice to change the spawn logic in that way:

Current state: Airfields have spawn locations and currently each spawn location is bound to a blueprint of an aircraft added in the mission editor. When the player is joined the object is instantiated.

Desired state: In the background, each spawn location will have a list of possible aircraft that can be spawned on that location (based on its dimensions, airfield resources etc). Then the user will go to map and right click, choose from menu and spawn whatever he/she wants. Limitations on what and how many can be spawned will be on mission options.

There are lots of good ideas in my mind that also the DTC, and the planned "Real-Time Campaign" model can benefit from that; but I don't want to go through all of them in here.
