Kneeboard Map (removal)

I use kneeboard builder which is great and have already removed / changed the default Kneeboard pages however my question is-

Is there a way to remove the Default Kneeboard Map? The one that show the flight plan etc . My understanding it is something to do with LUA under (DCSWorld/Scripts/Aircrafts/_Common/Cockpit/KNEEBOARD) but I am not sure what to do to remove it

Sorry if this has been asked before but I have been searching and cant seem to find a definitive answer.

Just in case this helps someone.

The only way I found to do this is by renaming (or deleting) the following file.

"DCSWorld/Scripts/Aircrafts/_Common/Cockpit/KNEEBOARD\device\init.lua"

This then creates one blank page instead of the 3=4 map pages ahead of whatever Kneeboard pages you have added.

It would be great if we could just toggle the map / default kneeboard pages on/off in the Plane options.

Or even better if a kneeboard package could be created and customised as part of mission planning!  Then the pilot gets to choose exactly what goes on there; briefing images, chart extracts, approach plates, target info, or even PDF manual extracts.

Yes basically the Kneeboard Builder app but built into DCS per Plane / Mission.

Or at least into ME, so that the mission author could remove the unimportant stuff, like plates for unused airports and such.
