Simplified Ejection Seat safety pin removal

The current safety pin for ejection seat is probably one of the most frustrating things in the aircraft.  You can't tell if it is removed or if it isn't.

This will hopefully be solved, when the visibility of the safety pin is no more dependent on the radar cover being attached or not.

An option to have to have simplified safety pin logic would be appreciated in the special options menu as an alternative.
