Spirale Posted October 19, 2022 Posted October 19, 2022 (edited) Hi, Could someone explain to me what is the difference between this two functions. For me they do the same but are placed in a strange fashion in the mapping menu. - PSIC switch is a small "palette" located onthe top righ of the stick ( hotas) but not in the hotas section of the mapping list instead located in the main menu. -On the other hand the PSIC/STT function is a button and located on the left console but in the "hotas "mapping menu but not a fonction of the stick.... What are there differences exactly? Thx Edited October 19, 2022 by Spirale
Galinette Posted October 19, 2022 Posted October 19, 2022 This is incorrect "PSIC switch" bind is in "RDI radar" section. It corresponds to the push button labelled "PSIC" on the radar panel (left console). "STT/TWS Toggle" bind is in "HOTAS" section. It corresponds to the thumb button on the stick. Now both have exactly the same function. The first one was labelled like this because that's how it's labelled on the actual cockpit. The second one was labelled by english function since it has no label on the HOTAS. Both were kept because they both exist in the physical cockpit. This can be somewhat misleading.
