If i recall correclty it seems that the mirage 2000 HUD a couple of months or years ago displayed the AoA on HUD and i wonder it's not currently ? the AoA is quite useful to have on a HUD in Dogfight as you can be limited by AoA more than Gs

nullthe image is from a 2019 mod

Would that mod work with the current open beta version and will it pass IC ?

here is a video proof in DCS. in the current version of the mirage, was the AoA added in a more recent variant like the D or N and not in the C ?

Hi,

The Mirage 2000C has no AoA display on the VTH.

The AoA was included as an option in previous version, before the VTH rework. Now, we included an option to have the AoA indicator always visible so 2D player can still see it without TrackIR.

Thanks.

Thanks for the information. Is it possible to have it as an option for people using track IR ?

what do you call 2D users ? Non VR ?

The option doesn't display AoA in the HUD, but it makes the analog AoA indicator on the left visible even if it's hidden by the HUD housing.

It isn't restricted to users without trackIR, but it's mostly useful to them, as with TrackIR/VR you can move your head to the left.

You toggle it with a bind.
