Police light ok, what's up with the light on the right of the Mirage F1?

Hi

I've found that thz police light button had the same binding that the PTT button (T) modified it, now it works well. But how can i activate the light on the right of the aircraft? Is it a refuel light? Is it possible to bind it? Did it not exist on the F1 CE?
