Rain clipping through cover and Hangars / shelters

Greetings.  ED you spent all this time with the weather and the 2.8 update, however Rain is still clipping and passing through covered aircraft shelters, and into Hangars.  Looks great on the canopy, however should not have raining on the canopy effect when we are starting in the hangar.

Not track needed.  Aircraft on any  map starting in any covered position with rain  on.

Well, it also goes inside the aircraft through the glass. Hop in the huey and look at your copilot(easier to see)
