Airborne troops jump. With deployed canopies.. Just standard NATO 12 to 24 man sticks via static line . Perhaps as part of Combined Arms module. From C-130, C-17, A400, and WWII asset C-47.

LAPES cargo deliveries with of compatible aircraft. C-130, C-17, A400, and Il-78(maybe).

Transport mission with LAPES delivery as Advanced Actions menu item.

Land and pickup passengers and cargo as waypoint action item for Transport mission. 

Parachute cargo drop as waypoint action for Transport mission.
