Can not put new waypoint on CPG terrain point in MP

You can usually create a waypoint by providing an existing point as the coordinates for the new point. in MP the CPG terrain point (CAQ) can't be used, despite being present for the pilot (although every other point can not be created due to a bug). Furthermore when creating the point and then using the cursor to select the terrain point for the new point's coordinates, the cursor coordinates will be used instead of the coordinates of the point under the cursor (T56).
