The underlined portions are what drove my very first reply in this thread about the automated nature of the EGI not including an option for the aircrew to do a fix whenever they want, and the reason it isn't in the manual is because it isn't implemented yet. This discussion is going far beyond the scope of what the intent was behind my first response. You guys are reading too much into what I am saying.
