correct as-is DL Mark point as STP5xx instead of STP7x (71-80)

Not sure if a bug or user error

When a member of your flight sends you a DL AG TGT, the data is received as "Steerpoint 500" (MKTP500) instead of STP71-80.

I don’t think this is a bug.

IDM uses steerpoints 71-80 while L16 uses steerpoints 500-600 according to this thread
