key/button bindings for the wiper control switch not working

So the windscreen wiper is now at last animated and is working if the wiper control switch is clicked with the mouse. But the key/button bindings do not work - at least not for me.

Same here. Keyboard or button bind is ignored. Mouse control in cockpit is fine.

Same here - i am using winwing combat panel and alignement rotary and it doesn't move wiper rotary in game...If i map it to something else it works fine...This is rotary on winwing panel:
