Expand the labels.lua to include helicopter's

I would love to have helicopters separated out in the lables.lua file as a separate entity you can assignee the labels view options too, currently they fall in the planes category.

This would allow us to say set the plane labels to say disappear at lets say 5000kms and by having a separate one for helicopters and allow mission makes to let the label be set further out enabling the helo boys to at least hide down low without some big red or blue dot floating under them saying here we are.
