Anybody with a WinWing Orion 2 throttle use curves on the thrust?  If so, would you mind sharing your curve settings?  My afterburner kicks in a little too early.

Thanks

You don‘t set that via a curve (even though you certainly could).

Go to the winwing subforum here…there is a thread that explains how to set up your AB in simapp pro.

Ya, for setting up WinWing throttles follow the thread in Phantom711's post.  You can get it pretty much dead on if you follow that and you won't be fooling around with the curves.  The curves option may be your only option with other hardware.

Enlighten me, what's the drawback in the method I've used?  Honest question, works well for me.

Simappro programs the exact point on the throttle curve where A/B kicks in. Sorry but I found your way more complex then WW's.

OK, I think I'm missing something...  Is the SimAppPro detent the same for all aircraft?  I've tried this method, but for example, the Mirage F1 burner kicks in way earlier than the Hornet one.  Unless I've set it up wrong (which wouldn't be the first time).

Have you followed my tutorial? You can set up multiple Aircraft with different A/B settings

I read it, I didn’t do it for more than one yet.   I was wondering does SimAppPro write the values to the config files in DCS, or does it work through the app itself while playing.

As it is, I’ve got everything set for now but I might give it a go for my next module purchase

It writes the settings to the hardware. So if you want to change to different aircraft, you just open Simappro and activate another aircraft. You can have multiple aircraft but only one activated
