later in development RWR PRF tone roadmap question

Hey i noticed behind the RWR PRF tones item in the roadmap, it says "waiting for PRF tone library" What exactly does this mean? Thanks!

Maybe they requested a library of PRF tones from LockMart or commissioned someone specialised in something like that to make PRF tones, and they have to wait.

i think the actuall tones are classified, so its probably someone making them
