Tacan and ADF Navigation

I've only had this for a couple of days but I've had other FA18's before, none of which were as complex as this one.  I'm following a tutorial and when I get to the part where I'm supposed to enter 67X.  I'm assuming that it is just 67 on the top and the X is highlighted, but I never get the added information that supposed to be on the hud.  Any thoughts.  Also, is there any way to kill the engine noise when the instructor is doing the talking.

You may check Grim Reapers' videos, although he is not very professional, at least his video has a complete operation process, so it is more intuitive.

I guess you didn't select TCN on the HSI page, so no information is displayed on the HUD.

I remember one of the setting options is about simulating earmuffs to isolate external sounds. I don't know what it is called on the English setting page. You can try to find it.

You need to press ON/OFF Buttion who is on the same line that TCN (ON appear on the UFC screen side of 67), A/P, ILS etc.  then activate on the HSI the TACAN ( press the OSB button side of TCN, on the up left corner )
