I wish I had something to give back to the DCS community. I found one thing on-line while looking for X-52Pro information. There was a guy, I think in Chicago, who made a graphical representation program of the X-52Pro. It is really cool, once done. I've included a picture below.

Now, I can't take credit for the program, it all goes to this guy that made it. His website didn't outright say you can link to it, but it didn't say "not" to and the general feel from what he posted there seems like he doesn't mind sharing this at all.

This sheet looks really cool when printed (the shot is of my *JUST* finished [earlier today] printed page). I find this kind of thing very helpful. There are some drawbacks, for example; you have to change the font on each different entry (though you can drag & drop); you can't change the column sizes or titles (I blacked mine out with a felt-tip pen, then used first entry spot to name them); you can't do anything with multiple cells at one time (e.g. copy an entire column).

If people are interested, let me know and I will post a link to this guy's website. Again, all credit goes to him. I just found this and it will help me a lot, so I though others might be interested.

Thanks,

Sunjah

Ps- I was thinking about it, and I figured I'd go ahead and put up the "actual" Saitek X-52Pro Profile.pr0. It is the one using the Saitek software, NOT this guy's graphical printout (I like his prinout so much better than the one with the Saitek software).

Okay, here goes:

Excellent X-52Pro Graphical Program

Again, I did not see anything that said it wasn't ok to link. If you do spot something, let me know. He says,

"...I developed this solution for my own personal use and was basically talked into releasing this into the wild for others to (hopefully) enjoy..."

...so I don't think it will be a problem. I like VERY MUCH!!!:megalol:

that graphical.pdf is kinda silly . He took the the pickle button and made it master arm and he has views set. I personally try to keep it as realistic as i can and turn the external views off. but having C button launch weapons and stuff is silly . the pickle is covered for safety so you dont launch wepaons. But again this is just my opinion . I personally don't think thats a good setup. I know that you were thinking that the pickle is normally on left side as lil red button but still i like pickle but bound to the pickle button not on an alternate fire button and too many non essentials but its a good start for some of it.

I asked?

I simply wanted to know if others are interested in the program.

It's a great little program. Gives you a graphical representation of your X52 and you can fill in the blanks with whatever you want. Print it and view at your leisure. Thanks!

Thanks for putting the link up! It looks to be potentially useful. I see his last revision was in 2006. (Which is not a mark against it, just an observation.)

Yes, I noticed that as well. He says a Mac version is coming but I guess it never did.

I kind of think it is "as is" and will not be improved, but it works for me. Happy that others will get use from it!

I love this game!
