reported Non-Functional DMS HOTAS Commands

Page 91 in the manual shows the HOTAS commands as per this screenshot. The circles commands DMS FWD Long, DMS AFT Long, and DMS Left Short have no function in the sim.

Please fix the defect or document the pre-requisites to make these functions work.

Alternatively if these functions are never intended to implement, please remove from manual.
