Missing keybind for search light retraction

Hi,

the "Light landing-search On/Retraction/Off" keybind only offers "down" and "up" keybindings, not the "retraction" one. The "up" and "down" keybinds literally do what they say... they switch one position up or down, respectively. Expected: keybinds for the individual positions "on", "retracted", "off".

Not to hijack the thread or anything, but there are an enormous number of bindings missing.  Ok, quite a few.  I stopped counting, but eventually I'll come up with a list.  First I want to attack the .lua and see what I can add myself.

And more than a few missing axis.
