Possible to remove detents from Orion (v1) throttle?

Got myself a used Winwing Orion setup.
Haven't received it yet but since I fly a little bit of everything I'm wondering if its possible to remove the detents on the throttle without too much hassle?

Full dissasembly. Detents are spring loaded ball bearings that locate in grooves.

If you have some technical skills it shouldn't be a problem.

File won't help, the detents on the Orion 1 are not like on TM Warthog, they're more like bump stops than actual detents.
