Purchase,activation problem - Help please

Tried to purchase the DCS Black Shark simulator through the DCS website, when I completed what appeared to be the final step "transaction-authorization failed or transaction error" I believe was displayed. Maybe I wasn't logged in when I tried the transaction as I have read that other people might have had that problem? I then received an email from PROTX confirming the purchase with a transaction code and that my credit card has been charged. I see no option to download the product.When I log into the DCS site it states that I have not payed for anything and only gives me the option to purchase under "files", no serial number to be found as well. I did not want to try the transaction again because it appeared I have already been charged for the purchase. I have since called the credit card company and I have indeed been charged the $49.99. I would appreciate any help in figuring out what has went wrong and what I need to do to be authorized and have the option to download or receive a refund for purchase. My login name is Need. I also have sent an email to the support addresses at the DCS site, with no response. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
