loading a mission take almost 4 minutes

it take's about 3mint and 52 sec for me to access and fly the helicopter on a mission , is there a bug , or a problem I just read the FAQ's and it said that the menu gui is a whole diferent program than the game(.exe) but those that means it will take me allmost 4 minutes to make it to to the mission I have a pretty decent system and I know it should take no more than a minute to load up the mission please help

it gets to a point that I load up a mission and I leave the computer loading and I will leave the room and go chill for 4 minutes wile I pass some GTA4 mission and then come back lol
