stoop Posted January 1, 2023 Posted January 1, 2023 When I am slewing the camera around, the TV picture I am looking at does not match up with the yellow line with the bracket I can see on the map. If on the TV I am looking at a river bend, the yellow line and bracket seem to be indicating I am looking at ground a few KM beyond what the TV is showing me. Is there some alignment setting I have missed?
Nickkerkwijk Posted January 2, 2023 Posted January 2, 2023 Do you have the laser on while you are scanning the map? If the laser is off or in standby the yellow line won't be very accurate. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
stoop Posted January 2, 2023 Author Posted January 2, 2023 Yes I have the laser on with auto turn on as well while I am looking around.
aaronwhite Posted January 10, 2023 Posted January 10, 2023 I can't remember for sure, but I think you may need to "lock" the area to update the ranging as well for the map marker. I need to fly again today and see.
Schlomo1933 Posted January 11, 2023 Posted January 11, 2023 Yes, u have have to lock something. So the laser range finder can do his work.
