Mismatching master arm status indicators on MFD and Button after shutdown and restart

When shutting down the aircraft while master arm is armed (gnd ovrd) and then starting the aircraft again, the button indicates aircraft safe while the MFD indicates aircraft armed. Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable ground override and master arm
2. Shutdown engines and battery and APU
3. Wait for power loss
4. Start battery and APU
5. Check WPN page, showing ARM while button shows SAFE
