How do I unsnap(?) or replace a snap view?

I'm practicing and doing some tests. The view I'm interested in is the giant HUD view you'd get by pressing LWin-Numpad5.

The problem is it disappears after you release the button combination (LWin-Numpad5). Is there a way to assign it to joystick button so that it does not snap back to the original cockpit view before pressing LWin-Numpad5? Thank you.
