AI wingman - nav lights off command?

As the title suggests, is there any way of getting your AI wingman to turn off nav lights?  (as in going dark on approach to target)

This is purely for cinematic videos.

I thought (at least that's the way it works in the Hornet) that if they are in your flight (as least if you are lead) they are synced to whatever your lights are.  If you turn yours off, they turn theirs off.
