Two problems with mod in openbeta

I play with openbeta
Two problems with mod
1. In the SAVE GAME folder I have 2 openbeta folders, one DCS.openbeta and the other DCS.openbeta.bak Why? And do you need both?
2. I put in the F4 mod but I don't see it at all, not in the BAR line in the game and in the MISSION EDITOR F4 appears but in gray and I can't define myself as a PLAYER

Re. 1) If you're an Open Beta player, there should by only sngle DCS.openbeta folder. The other one seems to be some sort of a backup? Maybe you made it and forgot about it? In either case, the game doesn't use it.

Re. 2) I don't have that mod, but you better search or ask in VSN mods section of the forum, more knowledgeable people will be hanging around there:
