TANKERS can stop being 'available' under certain conditions i.e. threatened, or someone flies too closely etc... How to determine this from scripting?

Yeah. It doesn't always seem to work, and more importantly, if a player get's too close they still get spooked and never allow tanking again.  Just huge steep turns that they never stop doing.

Can you post a simple track showing that?
