Slick Twitchy Posted January 31, 2023 Posted January 31, 2023 Got it today. I am not impressed with the build quality. Compared to Winwing or Virpil (where I am always impressed) this just seems a little "rinky dink"-button pushes are soft and squishy (no firm clicks); the "covers" for Jett and Chop have those cheap external springs that always break. On the plus side-Win11 recognized immediately. And the buttons are all recognized. Though one of the switches seems to trigger 2 buttons simultaneously. It's cool to have the "right" collective, but I think Virpil would be worth the wait. 1 CRX-Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900K;4090; Varjo Aero; Winwing UFC/HUD/MFDs/Throttle/PTO Panel/Combat Panel; Winwing F-18 joystick; Buttkickers; Monstertech flight seat; PointCTRL.
Hobel Posted January 31, 2023 Posted January 31, 2023 Wow, that doesn't sound good, especially considering the price...what did you pay for everything? Could you share some more detailed pictures with us? thx 1
Slick Twitchy Posted January 31, 2023 Author Posted January 31, 2023 Hi, It was around $650-I bought approx a year ago and there was a discount. It works pretty well in DCS. The toggle switches are kind of loose, and don't "click" into position (like I said soft and squishy). A couple of the buttons duplicate output- so you have to choose which one you're going to use (this was only one switch). Still it's fun, but I am spoiled with all my WInwing panels-always amazing quality. I can send more pics if desired. 1 CRX-Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900K;4090; Varjo Aero; Winwing UFC/HUD/MFDs/Throttle/PTO Panel/Combat Panel; Winwing F-18 joystick; Buttkickers; Monstertech flight seat; PointCTRL.
