MStewart40 Posted February 1, 2023 Posted February 1, 2023 Just curious as to what's the best way to get support/new spring, from Winwing other than their ridiculous 100 letter "contact us" form on their website. Has anyone else had one of these springs break? The setup is only 8 months old and certainly hasn't been overused or handled roughly in any way. Thanks for any advice on this problem, but I'm fearing weeks of waiting to get a replacement part. Thanks
speed-of-heat Posted February 1, 2023 Posted February 1, 2023 You could try and log a support ticket on the win wing site... Yes, I did that still haven't heard anything back from winwing. Was just curious if this is a common problem, and if there was some better way to get in touch with tech support than the 100 letter support ticket form!

Well it was until recently Chinese New year, maybe they are working on the back log, they are normally pretty prompt.
