Alexrey
I got a brand new PC the other day, but now when I try playing LOFC, Starforce tells me I failed the hardware check. I sent an e-mail to support@lockon.ru to ask for more online activations since I've run out, but now when I try to login to http://www.lockon.co.uk it says "Authorization is failed", so even if they have given me more activations, I can't get to 'em. Does anyone know what I can do? Help would seriously be appreciated right about now.
PoleCat
New hardware plus starforce is not bad at all. Further it is doing exactly what it is designed to do on your new system. Your hardware has changed and does not match the hardware profile SF has generated a hash code for and you are out of activations. Simply ask them to email you a new activation code so you can have more activations. If you can not access the website/forums I am sure there is also a way to straighten that out with an email as well. Best of Luck and do not be detered, you will get it right I am sure of it. golfsierra2
but now when I try to login to http://www.lockon.co.uk it says "Authorization is failed", so even if they have given me more activations, I can't get to 'em. The fact, that your FC has run out of activations doesn't automatically deny you from logging in on the ED web page. Are you sure, you used the correct user name and PW ? kind regards, Raven.... Alexrey
Hitman donated his online version of LOFC to me last year some time and that's what I've been using since. I've been trying to login to his account (he gave me the name and password for it), but it just doesn't work. He's also tried but can't login either. hitman
The password was changed somehow or was changed when I had my forum name changed...but I dont know how that would happen since Groove only changed this ID for the forums. I even tried using my passwords, but no avail. I would resend the lost password, but it would only go to an email account I deleted a few weeks ago. Alexrey
It's weird because the account stopped working after I sent support@lockon.ru an e-mail asking for more activations. Before that I could login fine.

hitman
Only if you run out of activations.
tmdgm
Shoot, I think I only had one activation that came with the game. Can I just send in and get more? This blows, if ED decides to go out of business, you're screwed.
hitman
Mine came with 5 activations and they reactivated them just recently.
tmdgm
Mine came with 5 activations and they reactivated them just recently. Nope, only have one activation. Will they give me a few more if I ask? I don't need em now, but someday I'll be buying another computer.
hitman
They will but you have to use all of them before they consider it.
