problem with liberation 6.1.1. on syria map and JSOW

I have a problem with the latest version liberation 6.1.1. on the map of syria with the JSOW bombs, even if I aim well with the tpod they never hit and the target is never on the waypoint. It only happens to me in Syria, not in the Caucasus or the Persian Gulf, here they do aim well and the target is at the route point. thank you for your attention
