Hide chat and info bar from start default?

Is there any way on hiding the info bar and the chat automatically from the start of the game? I am getting sick of doing it every time.

Is there any command to do this in the autoexec.cfg?

It's in the game settings.

The option to not start the chat only hide with the envelope icon, I would like to hide it totally. And the status bar option dont even work, it show it anyway.
