Air refuel with Israel f-16

hello,

When I try to perform aerial refueling, I build a mission in the Syrian map, under the State of Israel, I try to choose the appropriate tanker (kc-135), but I don't have the option to choose  him.  When I build a task with usa, I also put the viper, I see a refueler in the usa and I also able to contact him. 
My question is whether it is also possible in an Israeli F16 to perform aerial refueling.

This question would be better placed in the general DCS 2.8 forum, but to answer your question you should be able to refuel from any tanker that is in the same coalition as you and that uses a boom (like the KC-135). The tanker does not need to be from the same country.

Are you sure it is KC-135 - which works with the Viper you selected and not KC-135 MPRS Tanker one - which works with probe equipped aircraft?

Make sure it's mission (task) is tanker - ADVANCED (WAYPOINT ACTIONS), make sure it has got the radio enabled.  

If its an older mission of yours, delete tanker and re-add tanker.
