8 mission second and third task

In the second and third tasks, I do not get permission to attack. Winter is winter. From which side I did not try to enter. Tell me what is the secret?

Check your range to target also, if the IP is 3nm away, don’t call in at 5.

Second task (tanks) the approach is pretty much the same as with the first task, just a slightly different heading I think.  The third task (troops in contact) you need to be a few miles south of the TIC, next to the road to the south you'll see a radio tower, if you're roughly over this tower and on the assigned heading you should get cleared hot.

Note it's OK to attack the target if not cleared hot, you'll lose score and get told off but the mission will still work just fine.
