advent_m Posted January 31, 2009 Posted January 31, 2009 I'm experiencing a problem in FC for quite some time - the jets constantly pull up I'm using X52 with SST ver. 6.0.10.7 and a profile I've created myself. I've set up a deadzone for both the X and Y axes as a result of control issues in Black Shark. Still, the jets keep pulling up. I've tried playing with the Y axis settings inside FC itself (see attached screenshot), but it makes no difference. Also, whenever I start a mission, all of my flares are automatically ejected, even though I haven't started an eject sequence myself. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Vekkinho Posted January 31, 2009 Posted January 31, 2009 As the plane accelerates, more lift is being created thus the pitch up! When the plane slows down loss of lift is present and you experience a pitch down. Russian birds featured in LOFC need constant trimming to overcome pitch +/- phenomenon! Chaff/Flare problem you have seems like a stuck Shift+Q! Check your HOTAS profile for key mappings, perhaps you start with some switch in position that reads Shift+Q! 1 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Vekkinho Posted January 31, 2009 Posted January 31, 2009 NP. I noticed you're from Israel so I assume you'll spend most of the time with LOFC flying a IAF F-15. Now the Eagle does not require constant trimming as it has flight control system that automatically does that for you! [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
rattler Posted February 4, 2009 Posted February 4, 2009 also in your attachment get rid of rotory1 . Just have the commands you need only. Just use the clear button to get rid of it. Sometimes having extra things in that you don't uses, causes a problem.
OldCrow Posted February 5, 2009 Posted February 5, 2009 I see you are running a linear curve, I wouldnt recomend that, as its very very sensitive. I would set a curve of about 20-30%, then u'll have a easier time keeping the bird leveled. [sIGPIC]http://www.virtualredarrows.com/member_sigs/vra2012_crow.png[/sIGPIC]
