Segwin Posted February 3, 2009 Posted February 3, 2009 I'm using a Saitek X-52 Pro and CH peddals. I've set my peddals for rudder control in the Axis Setup (and the sim does see them) however it doesn't work once in the 3d world. The twist function works on the X-52 even though it is not choosen in the setup screen. Thouhgts?
JG14_Smil Posted February 3, 2009 Posted February 3, 2009 when you add the CH pedals in BS axis setup, does it say the control is mapped to anything else? There will be a small message under the list box to set the axis.
scatter Posted February 3, 2009 Posted February 3, 2009 Also check to make sure that you've changed the "sim" rather than "gaming" controls (that is, if you fly in sim mode). [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Virtual Australian Air Force
TX-Kingsnake Posted February 3, 2009 Posted February 3, 2009 The twist function works on the X-52 even though it is not choosen in the setup screen. Once you get the peddals working for your rudder are you saying you don't want the twist at all? Right click on the Saitek icon in the lower right of your startbar and pick control panel. Go to deadzones. Twist the stick and you should see the Z rotation moving. Move the sliders so the grey area is as large as possible. :joystick: That keeps the twist out because the R lock on the left part of the stick is not perfect.
llama Posted February 3, 2009 Posted February 3, 2009 I have same setup and it is working fine, except for getting wheel brakes to work. Make sure that under the controls section--->All Axis Commands----> Flight Control rudder is set to Joy Z.
