M09 Convoy Trigger?

I am really enjoying this campaign. As I try to stop the convoy after F-15s destroy oil plants at Raqqa, I don't see the convoy appearing while circling over Raqqa(WP4) waiting for the clearance. At my first attempt the convoys did show up, but in my second and third tries, they didn't show up. What is the triggering condition? What did I do wrong?

Adding to my original post, I was waiting for the clearance over WP4 until all F-15s drop their bombs, I could not get the clearance (I got it at my first try but not after that).

Once Strike Eagles make some bomb drops over Raqqa - you should be cleared to continue to follow waypoints.

Follow waypoints closely. You will need to visually identify convoys or you could make good use of the ground radar in the Hornet too. Hope that helps. keep us posted.

GMT is your friend in this or you can use the F10 smoke option if you are struggling.

Convoy must be 80% destroyed before being prompted to find next convoy, hit the lead vehicle to stop convoy and await Ai destroying them. You can help out but conserve ammo and fuel

Just tried it and the convoys never triggered. Wish I could post my .trk but it's too large.
