Cpt. TRIJJ Posted March 21, 2023 Posted March 21, 2023 I bound switch to rockets on button 5 and bound select single on button 6 on the joystick. They don't fire though. What to do?

It's located in this directory: your DCS installation directory\DCS World\Mods\Aircraft\P-51\Doc Also, the videos shouldn't really be out of date. The Mustang has been around for many, many years and how to fire rockets hasn't changed at all.
Cpt. TRIJJ Posted March 22, 2023 Author Posted March 22, 2023 This is wonderful information. Thnx for telling me where it was. One major hurdle for me is I can't see the instruments. Will b April 6th b4 my Track IR gets here. Even when I do zoom in, it's rarely on the instrument(s) I need to see. And I am having to hold the joystick out of the way, hold zoom, then try with left hand to set the switches or levers. Surely others figured out ways to overcome this. I keep trying different control settings but I tip my hat to those who can fly the Mustang! Thank you, razo.
razo+r Posted March 22, 2023 Posted March 22, 2023 You can move your head left/right/up/down by pressing RShift+Rctrl+Numpad2/4/6/8 and forwards and backwards by pressing RShift+RCtrl+the buttons to zoom in and out. And with Numpad5 you center your view again. This way you dont have to move the stick anymore but you can move your head left or right of the stick and see what you have to see. But everything will get a lot easier once you get TrackIR or VR.
